Job Description



  • Act as the subject matter expert for accommodations, leave of absence, and worker's compensation, in collaboration with HR leadership and the Legal Department for guidance.


  • Interpret and enforce relevant state and federal leave policies in alignment with internal guidelines.


  • Collaborate with the HR team and third-party leave administrators to ensure timely submission and review of medical documentation and proper management of leaves.


  • Maintain regular communication with employees on leave and coordinate all aspects of their return to work.


  • Provide ongoing updates to project leadership and staff supervisors on leave and accommodation statuses while complying with privacy regulations.


  • Conduct consultations with employees to clarify procedures and policies related to leave and accommodations.


  • Partner with employees and managers to assess ADA requests through continuous communication and cooperative dialogue.

The Successful Applicant



  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience are required.


  • Demonstrated expertise and understanding of key employment laws, including ADA, FMLA, Disability policies, and Worker's Compensation, is essential.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.


  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.


  • Capability to leverage available resources and feedback to adapt, evolve, and improve performance.


  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
