Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and other legal professionals.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Assist in document preparation, proofreading, and formatting.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.
  • Handle client communications and inquiries professionally.
  • Support other team members with ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
