This is newly opened, and will have less than 50 attorneys and staff but work closely with a 150 person office in Redwood City.Job DescriptionProvide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Assist with billing processes, including tracking time entries and preparing invoices.Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and other staff members to facilitate communication and workflow.Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Support special projects and perform other administrative tasks as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
