Legal Counsel - Banking

• Work closely with members of the legal team to advise the business on a variety of legal issues across the corporate, payments and global markets business units
• Provide advice on M&A transactions and draft, review and negotiate related documents
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including: credit agreements, payment agreements, LOCs, NDAs, guaranties, reimbursement agreements and other documents pertaining to the bank's corporate functions
• Partner with internal clients across the Operations, Tax, Treasury, Credit, Compliance, Finance businesses
• Manage outside counsel
• Work to ensure compliance with bank regulatory and compliance matters
• Advise on the Bank's legal issues, services and more
• Assist with special projects as needed
