Legal Counsel - Employment and Commercial

• Provide strategic legal advice on employment-related matters across the Americas region.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents.
• Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Support HR teams with compliance and regulatory matters.
• Manage employment disputes, investigations, and litigation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to employment laws and best practices.
• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and workplace policies.
• Conduct training sessions for management and HR teams on employment law updates.
• Stay informed about changes in labor laws and industry regulations.
