Legal Counsel

Varied role as Legal Counsel responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal risks and develop effective strategies.
• Manage relationships with outside legal counsel when necessary.
• Stay updated on legal developments relevant to the business services industry.
• Support the legal department in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
