Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior legal executives or partners
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external counsel as needed
  • Track deadlines, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and document management
  • Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of executive assistant experience, ideally in a legal or corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and document formatting
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
