Job Description

  • Coordinate campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms and ensure they accurately represent the company's needs.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and provide them with necessary resources.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Legal Recruiting Coordinator' should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • .5-3 yoe in recruitment at a Law Firm.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
