Job Description

  • Support full-cycle recruiting for attorneys and summer associates
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with applicants and hiring managers
  • Maintain updated records of applicant data and recruitment processes
  • Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with Human Resources team
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Coordinate Summer Program activities and recruiting events
  • Provide reports on recruitment activity and candidate status

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Recruiting Coordinators should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year recruiting experience in a law firm
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and databases
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work onsite 4 days a week in Menlo Park
