With approximately 1,200 lawyers in offices on three continents, our client has been a pioneer in establishing a geographic footprint that has allowed the Firm to partner with clients wherever they do business.Job DescriptionCoordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for law students and lateral attorneys, including scheduling interviews, organizing callback days, preparing offer letters, and managing onboarding logistics.Assist with all aspects of the summer associate program, including planning events, tracking assignments and evaluations, and serving as a primary point of contact for participants.Support on-campus interview (OCI) programs, including logistics, attorney interviewer preparation, and follow-up communications.Maintain applicant tracking databases and ensure data accuracy.Liaise with law schools and legal search firms to manage recruiting pipelines and promote the firm's visibility.Assist with preparing recruiting reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.Partner closely with the legal recruiting team, HR, and professional development departments to ensure a seamless attorney experience.Handle ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed to support the department's goals.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
