Our client is looking for a go-getter, Legal Recruiting Specialist, who will be responsible for full-cycle legal recruitment. During the summers, the role will focus on the Summer Associate Program and OCIs. The ideal candidate should be adept at evaluating candidates for legal roles, building relationships with law schools, and organizing recruitment events.

Our client is a boutique Law Firm based in midtown Manhattan, recognized for its dedication to providing top-tier litigation services. They're a very progressive firm with a great company culture!

Job Description

  • Drive the firm's campus recruitment efforts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with law schools and legal professionals.
  • Coordinate and organize recruitment events and initiatives; high-volume interview scheduling and feedback collection.
  • Manage the firm's Summer Associate Program; event planning, RSVP tracking, etc.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of the firm's ATS.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams including the PD, General Business Recruitment, and Legal recruitment teams.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and results.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Recruiting Specialist should have:

  • A strong background in recruitment; experience in the legal sector required.
  • 3-6 yoe in the legal recruitment space.
  • Must have experience running Summer Associate programs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
