Job Description

  • Assist with posting job openings on various online platforms and job boards
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess fit for open positions
  • Assist with reference checks and background screenings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Assist with the coordination of recruiting events and activities, including law school recruiting fairs and networking events
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal recruiting team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Internship experience is okay)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is a plus, but not required
