They hold themselves to a high standard when it comes to delivering excellent service to their clients, even when time sensitive.Job DescriptionProvide full administrative and legal support to two attorneys (including one equity partner)Draft and format standard estate planning documents, such as:Power of AttorneyRevocation of POAAdvance DirectivesHIPAA AuthorizationsPre-Need Guardianship DesignationsPrepare client correspondence and legal filingsCommunicate with clients professionally and schedule meetingsCoordinate calendars and manage meeting logistics for attorneysPrepare post-execution client binders and organize legal documentsFile and maintain client records (electronic and physical)Witness or notarize legal signings as neededProcess attorney time entries for billing purposesManage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS)Provide reception coverage when neededWork overtime during busy periods or when deadlines requireMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
