Job Description

  • Assist in managing projects from start to finish, supporting the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of construction.
  • Supervise subcontractors and daily construction activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to address any issues with materials or methods.
  • Foster effective and professional on-site relationships with owners, architects, consulting engineers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Support the enforcement of a safe work environment, practices, and culture on the project

The Successful Applicant

  • 1+ year of previous experience working with a General Contractor
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field a plus
  • Experience handling industrial projects
  • Strong software and technology skills is a plus
  • Able to communicate and be organized
  • Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly
  • Experience with a team structure a plus
