Light Industrial Superintendent - Immediate Hire

• Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Lead and supervise construction teams to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor compliance with building codes, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges to keep the project moving forward.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
