Job Description

  • Manage and oversee LIHTC asset portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial goals.
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions within the affordable housing sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset performance and value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Prepare detailed reports on asset performance and acquisition opportunities for senior leadership.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting affordable housing investments.
  • Support the due diligence process for acquisitions, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
  • Ensure all documentation and reporting align with LIHTC program requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful LIHTC Asset Management & Acquisitions Manager/Director should have:
