Job Description

  • Oversee the management of LIHTC assets to ensure compliance and performance optimization.
  • Lead acquisition efforts, including deal structuring and financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate property management and development strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations within the property industry.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members within the asset management and acquisitions department.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders.
