Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the performance of a diverse property portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with property managers to ensure properties meet financial and operational goals.
  • Analyze market trends and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed asset performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
