Job Description

  • Monitor the financial and operational performance of LIHTC properties within the portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC program regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to address operational challenges and improve property performance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions and compliance adherence.
  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, and property performance reports.
  • Prepare and present portfolio performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
