LIHTC Asset Manager

• Manage a portfolio of LIHTC properties, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct regular financial performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with property management teams to optimize operations and tenant satisfaction.
• Prepare and review detailed asset management reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor property budgets and oversee expense control measures.
• Ensure timely submission of required compliance documentation and reporting.
• Develop strategies to maximize property value and long-term sustainability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for investors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
