With a reputation for excellence in the courtroom and a deep commitment to client service, we are consistently ranked among the top litigation firms in the country.Job DescriptionProvide daily administrative support to multiple litigation attorneys, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and time entriesPrepare, revise, proofread, and format legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondenceFile documents electronically in state and federal courts (including PACER and NYSCEF or equivalent e-filing systems)Manage case files, including opening new matters, organizing case materials, and maintaining electronic and physical filesTrack litigation deadlines and manage attorney calendars to ensure timely filings and court appearancesCoordinate meetings, depositions, and conference calls with internal teams, clients, and opposing counselPrepare expense reports and process invoices for attorney reimbursements and vendor paymentsHandle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalismMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
