Reporting to the Director of Case Management, this role is ideal for an experienced litigation professional seeking to contribute to a dynamic legal team. The Senior Case Manager will support attorneys at all stages of litigation, ensuring smooth case management and trial preparation.

Job Description



  • Manage litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal.


  • Oversee document production, including collection, processing, and organization.


  • Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials, handling logistics and materials.


  • Conduct substantive research, draft summaries, and assist in legal filings.


  • Maintain case files and document management systems.


  • Utilize eDiscovery tools and collaborate with litigation support teams.


  • Mentor and train junior case managers.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree required.


  • Minimum 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting.


  • Trial experience is essential.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms.


  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.


  • Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Standard hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.


  • Salary range: $95,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience.
