My client is a leader in the design services space. They are founder led, rapidly expanding, and work with high-end, luxury clientele.

Job Description

  • Source and manage vendors.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team to find vendors for new pieces and materials.
  • Build strong vendor relationships through pre-qualification, contract negotiations, and tender management.
  • Create purchasing budgets for approval by Studio Partners, Operations Director, and Finance team.
  • Work with the executive team to create inventory projections based on past sales and market research.
  • Oversee purchasing to align with budgets and projections, and address issues in the QC process.
  • Communicate pricing updates and issues to the Director of Operations and Finance Manager.
  • Plan and schedule installations for projects.
  • Process, track and oversee purchasing proposals.
