Processes domestic and international inbounds for timely receipt at various warehouse locations.
Monitors status of open inbound orders, properly communicating delays and exceptions to Purchasing Department.
Ensures receipt accuracy (PO, bill of lading, warehouse receipt) while complying with all regulations and requirements
Reviews and processes all freight forwarder, customs broker and delivery bills. Resolves any
discrepancies with vendors and communicates with accounting department.
Assists on resolving warehouse and outbound logistics related issues.
Processes various warehouse movements and inventory adjustments.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience handling logistics
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in Navision MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
