With positive energy, curiosity and the courage to drive things forward ourselves, they forge innovative solutions that give us a head start for the future.Job DescriptionPrincipal Responsibilities: Construction Project Management of New HeadquarterActs as the primary liaison between project team members (building contractor, architects, town of Bristol, etc.) and corporate facility managementOverall responsibility for ensuring that the selected building contractor executes project on time, within budget, and to the design and quality specifiedConducts project meetings and provide periodic progress updates to executive management Warehouse Manages warehouse team overseeing receiving, shipping, warehousing, and distribution operationsResponsible for delivering quality warehouse and logistics solutions that provide the best customer experience in an efficient and cost effective mannerManages planning/purchasing to ensure proper inventory management (stock control, inventory turns, reconciliation with SAP/ERP, last time buys, etc.)Overseas claim management personnel to ensure proper customer technical support, claim analysis and resolutionImplements metrics to monitor performance and optimize processes as neededSelect carriers and third-party services and negotiate contracts and ratesEnsure trade complianceProvides monthly reportingFacility Management & SafetyPromotes a safety culture and ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and company policies, providing consistent application in all aspects of disciplineEnsures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures and regulatory agency EHSS (environmental, health, safety and security) regulations.Manage suppliers to ensure proper maintenance of the building's mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.Collaborates with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
