Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of luxury commercial and residential construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

A successful Luxury Commercial/Residential Project Manager should have:
