About Our Client

Our client is a luxury residential and commercial general contractor that work on single family homes, country clubs, and small commercial projects. They are a well established company that has excellent growth opportunity. Last year they brought in around $30M of revenue and are already have a strong pipeline of projects that will carry them into 2023. As of right now they are working on a $15M luxury residential project in Lake Geneva.

Job Description

  • The Project Manager is responsible for scheduling, oversight of construction and communication with project team
  • Maintains ongoing training and mentoring of project team
  • Provides ongoing project information and project reviews as required by management
  • Coordinates training and compliance measures to ensure project procedures are followed
  • Ensures scope of work, schedule and budget are clearly defined and understood by senior management and all project participants, including the client
  • Determines controls and maintains overall project and discipline schedules and budgets
  • Tracks schedule and budget progress with project milestones and takes all action necessary to keep project on track
  • Identifies and secures necessary approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule
  • Maintains ongoing communication with client, planning as necessary to comply with client's needs within contractual obligations, or just adjusting project deliverable to meet the client and stakeholders needs

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management with residential project experience
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
  • Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical
  • Working knowledge of construction technology and details
  • Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
  • Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
