Job Description

  • Manage all phases of luxury residential construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure high-quality materials.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
