Luxury Residential Interiors Project Manager

• Manage all phases of luxury residential interiors construction projects, from inception to completion.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and timelines to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure design specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes during construction phases.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality results and exceptional service.
