My client is a leading AmLaw Top 100 Firm - ranked within the Top 50 looking to continue to grow their Corporate M&A practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of substantive experience within Corporate M&A.
Job Description
Corporate M&A Associate (Attorney) will be responsible for advising corporate institutions on public takeovers, private M&A, ECM, complex joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general commercial issues.

The Successful Applicant
- 2+ years of Corporate M&A experience within a reputable Law Firm
- Must be member of New York State Bar
