  • Market / Industry Analysis
  • Search, screening and initial analysis of potential M&A targets
  • Building financial models, creating presentations and investment memoranda
  • Support negotiating transactions with the owners/founders/management of M&A targets
  • Supporting and running our internal M&A processes
  • Monitoring performance of investments incl post mortem of investments

The Successful Applicant

  • Higher education in finance / economics / mathematics o
  • Work experience as a financial or investment professional from 3 to 6 years in IB / PE / VC
  • In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, business valuation and investment analysis
  • Interest in TMT / Internet / E-commerce industries, technology entrepreneurship, startups, corporate finance
  • Proactivity and multitasking
