Description
- Market / Industry Analysis
- Search, screening and initial analysis of potential M&A targets
- Building financial models, creating presentations and investment memoranda
- Support negotiating transactions with the owners/founders/management of M&A targets
- Supporting and running our internal M&A processes
- Monitoring performance of investments incl post mortem of investments
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education in finance / economics / mathematics o
- Work experience as a financial or investment professional from 3 to 6 years in IB / PE / VC
- In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, business valuation and investment analysis
- Interest in TMT / Internet / E-commerce industries, technology entrepreneurship, startups, corporate finance
- Proactivity and multitasking
