Description
M&A/ Private Equity Associate (Attorney) will be responsible for advising corporate institutions on public takeovers, private M&A, ECM, complex joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general commercial issues.
The Successful Applicant
- 4-6 years of M&A/ Private Equity experience within a reputable Law Firm
- Must be member of New York State Bar
- Excellent academic credentials
