Maintenance Engineering Manager | Automotive Manufacturer

• Provide leadership and direction for Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities teams.
• Ensure reliability and readiness of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and building systems.
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance across all engineering and maintenance activities.
• Manage department staffing, performance, budgets, KPIs, and resource planning.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and CMMS performance.
• Lead cross‑functional launch readiness and support new program development, including capital planning, tooling, equipment installation, and validation.
• Manage engineering changes for existing and new programs, ensuring alignment on cost, timing, and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, uptime, cost, and quality.
• Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication across teams.
