Maintenance Manager - Food Manufacturing - Vernon - Up to $160k

• This person must have strong knowledge and skills in Mechanical functions of production equipment
• Some of the production equipment includes: Packaging equipment, Conveyors, Pump and Hydraulic/Pnuematic cylinders.
• Be responsible for supervising the maintenance department including the team, utilities, and overseeing the quality compliance
• Be able to comply with environment regulations
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Oversee the operations of water treatment and discharge systems
• Maintain personal development through educational courses, books, or conferences
• Responsible to ensure team adheres to quality and safety expectations
• Communicate with related vendors and contractors.
• Work to ensure all tasks are compliant according to USDA, FDA, BRC, & Cal OSHA regulations.
