They are committed to delivering the highest quality products to our customers while maintaining a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvementJob DescriptionLeadership & Supervision:Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.Maintenance Operations:Ensure all equipment, machinery, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.Oversee the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the plant.Coordinate with production and quality departments to ensure equipment availability and reliability.Budgeting & Planning:Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Plan and oversee capital improvement projects, including the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems.Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, including negotiation of service agreements and procurement of parts and materials.Compliance & Safety:Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, implementing corrective actions as needed.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and safety documentation.Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in maintenance management, integrating them into the company's operations where applicable.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
