MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantQualificationsMinimum 4-7 years' experience in Food production/ facility maintenance; 3 year's supervisory experienceMust have previous experience reading schematics Experience with SQF or other GFSI programCollege degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering; equivalent experience may be substituted for educational requirementMust be a proactive team player who learns quickly when facing new problems and a learner open to changeADVANCED mechanical and electrical skillsMust be able to work with power tools and work on high and low voltages. Have own toolsEquipment knowledge of: Weber Slicers, Sealers, Multi-Vac, Flow wrappers & LabelersAble to read engineering schematic such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic and pneumaticWelding experienceLight CarpentryExcellent communication skills.
