Maintenance Supervisor - Night Shift

• Coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance.
• Supervise and guide a team of maintenance technicians, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the facility.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and address maintenance needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within maintenance operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the maintenance team to enhance skill levels.
