Job Description

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct minor repairs and installations as needed to ensure facilities remain operational.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks and equipment servicing.
  • Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for events or operational needs.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all tasks.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repair or maintenance work.
