Job Description
Provide accounting and analytical support for assigned aspects of the business
* Perform monthly close activities including preparing accrual adjustments, accounts reconciliations, expense analysis and reporting
* Understanding inter-company related activities (eg. eliminations and analysis) and preparing recharges and settlements journals.
* Assist in production of budget and forecast schedules * Reconciliation of various reporting ledgers, balance sheet accounts, and hierarchies
* Understanding FX translations in Income Statement and Balance Sheets
* Support management team with enhancing internal reporting capabilities through process design, automation and use of technology
* Collaborate with team members to provide insightful analysis and management information for timely decision making
* Ensure financial statement adherence to accounting policies, GAAP and SOX
* Support in annual financial audit and SOX audit

The Successful Applicant
Minimum Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
* Preferred Accounting degree or CPA
* Minimum of 3 years post-graduation accounting experience
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, decision-making skills and analytical skills
* Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
* Knowledge of SAP or similar accounting systems
* Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks against competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to organize data, and provide data-driven recommendations and solutions
