Job Description



  • Oversee the automation of accounting processes, including outsourcing Accounts Receivable and Payable.


  • Select and implement RPA solutions to automate manual tasks across departments.


  • Develop and maintain software robots (BOTS) in collaboration with third-party providers.


  • Implement business intelligence systems for enhanced reporting and decision-making.


  • Monitor and maintain third-party and software systems, ensuring timely error resolution.


  • Collaborate with various functions to improve efficiencies and automate workflows.


  • Work with internal auditors and staff to ensure safeguards in the automation process.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or data analytics, with 5-8 years of business experience. Strong quantitative, analytical, ERP, and PC skills are essential, along with effective communication abilities. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and apply new tools and skills are also important.
