With more than 30 licensed and owned brands, including some of the most sought-after names in global fashion, this company's success is driven by the team's entrepreneurial spirit and deep relationships across the industry.Job DescriptionOversees day-to-day operations of health and insurance benefits programs, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.Supports the development of educational materials and the delivery of comprehensive benefits presentations to improve utilization and general understanding of company benefits, educating employees on their healthcare and group insurance benefits offerings.Assists with implementation and management of programs, including communications and impact analysis.Supports annual benefits activities such as Open Enrollment, compliance reporting, and program valuation.Conducts benefits training and new hire orientations.Effectively processes the company's Leaves of Absence, FMLA, STD, LTD, Worker's Comp, and third-party claims.Assists with benchmarking analysis and monitoring of our current benefits programs to ensure plan effectiveness and employee satisfaction.Ensures proper management of the health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, as well as Flexible Spending Accounts and COBRA.Acts as liaison with 401(k) plan administrator, including SPDs, Non-Discrimination Testing, 5500's, Loans & Withdrawals, Forfeiture Accounts, fees disclosure statements, enrollments and quarterly changes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
