Manager of Quality Assurance-Manufacturing-Columbia, NH

• Provide front line leadership to QA team members by directing and coordinating the activities
• Establish and maintain QA procedures to meet requirements
• Follow approved procedures in support of compliance to regulations
• Collaborate on and develop QA action plans as well as recommendations for major quality issues
• Direct and implement quality training and development programs required for effective performance
• Evaluate investigation reports issuing Corrective Action and Preventative Action (CAPA) as necessary
