Job Description
- Provide front line leadership to QA team members by directing and coordinating the activities
- Establish and maintain QA procedures to meet requirements
- Follow approved procedures in support of compliance to regulations
- Collaborate on and develop QA action plans as well as recommendations for major quality issues
- Direct and implement quality training and development programs required for effective performance
- Evaluate investigation reports issuing Corrective Action and Preventative Action (CAPA) as necessary

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline
- 3+ years of QA experience
- Proven track record of leadership
- Knowledge of FDA Class 1 devices is strongly preferred
- Experience interacting with regulatory agencies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- cQA certification is a plus
