They have been around for over 75 years and continue to stay a top the industry providing the widest variety of options in the power industry. They sell into utility, industrial, and military. They are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to join their team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned region both direct and via manufacturing representatives.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Manage, coach and lead a team of Regional Sales Managers.Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.Develop business in both new and existing accounts.Work with clients in military, utility and serve as a subject matter expert in power switches.Work opportunities through manufacturing representatives - managing a complex sale and balancing many decision makers.Opportunity to lead a well performing team and market leading product.Work closely with manufacturing representatives to achieve sales plans and targets.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the region, including new customer acquisition and existing customer growth.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at utility organizations, electrical contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and tactics as needed.Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our client's products and build brand awareness.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
