Job Description

The Manager/Associate Director, Marketing Operations will:

  • Event Strategy Development: Design and implement a robust event marketing plan that includes participation in industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and regional programs to connect with target audiences effectively.
  • Event Management: Ensure flawless execution of events by managing logistics such as venue coordination, contract negotiation, shipping, stakeholder alignment, and participant engagement.
  • Third-Party Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with external event organizers and partners to facilitate seamless collaboration and achieve event goals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, including events, digital campaigns, and partnerships. Provide actionable insights to the Commercial team by monitoring marketing-sales funnel metrics.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of leads, opportunities, and revenue outcomes stemming from marketing efforts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback, refine processes, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives while adopting industry best practices.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Incorporate innovative strategies to elevate event execution, strengthen brand identity, and optimize overall marketing performance.
