Job Description

As a Managing Consultant, you are responsible for:

  • Developing relationships with candidates to assess their career aspirations and aligning them with our open roles
  • Conducting BD outreach to new and existing clients to share our offerings
  • Collaborating with team in ensuring that key clients are satisfied with MP recruitment efforts
  • Conduct meetings with both new and existing clients to review job requirements, market trends, salary reviews, etc.
  • Negotiate client contracts
  • Reach out to leads (hiring managers) to convey the Michael Page value proposition
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with your Account Executives
  • Be the team leader and mentor other junior recruiters
  • Opportunity to manage a team and develop sales professionals

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of B2B Sales, Recruitment, or similar experience in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to hit KPI's regularly and maintain a steady pipeline to close deals
  • Experience with full-cycle sales from prospecting to close with over 80% success rate
  • Proven track record of success closing multiple deals
  • Ability to mentor, train, and develop junior colleagues for success
  • Interest to grow into a management/leadership role with direct reports
  • Showcase resilience, drive, and willingness to go above and beyond
