Job Description

  • Manage your own book of business for clients and candidates alike
  • Sign new clients, develop a market presence, and establish a solid base knowledge of the industry
  • Communicate with clients to ensure accurate job briefs and that we are equip to send them the most applicable candidates
  • Work with candidates who are passively or actively searching for an opportunity with a new company
  • Collaborate with your team- we operate on a highly team-based environment and working with others is key to everyone's success
  • Assist recruitment consultants in training, skill development, feedback, and assisting with candidate and client processes
  • Run reporting and participate in leadership meetings
  • Grow your team by recruiting others into Michael Page

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-5 years of sales experience (preferably business to business sales)
  • Able to take and communicate effective feedback for team members
  • Ability to take reporting metrics and develop actionable insights and training items for team members
  • Be receptive to feedback and critiques on your management and sales processes
  • Prepare documents and presentations and participate in management meetings
