Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant focused on candidate and client generation, your day-to-day will be dynamic, rewarding, and growth oriented. You'll:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, nurturing long-term relationships
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, crafting tailored hiring solutions that drive their business forward
  • Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent using leading recruitment tools and platforms
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process-from initial contact to offer acceptance
  • Pitch proposals and negotiate commercial terms with confidence and professionalism
  • Collaborate with your team to meet transparent performance goals and unlock career progression

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years in B2B sales OR recruitment sales
  • Proven experience in prospecting and closing deals, required
