Managing Director and Head of Client Relations

• Must follow governance principles in the GCPM.
• Must adhere to KPI's and internal audit requirements.
• Identify financing requirement of respective borrowers & oversee credit offerings.
• Develop value propositions and undertake key projects for clients in collaboration with leadership.
• Originate new business opportunities across strategic and flow wholesale banking products.
• Develop Term Sheets, Information Memorandums, financial modeling, mandate letters, etc.
• Examine & resolve credit, market and operational risk aspects of transactions.
• Pitch, review, negotiate and conclude deals.
• Motivate, develop and coach a team.
• Identify & develop cross selling opportunities.
• Ensure all clients files /documents are maintained.
• Ensure all credit reviews are submitted on time and agreed conditions are met.
