Job Description

  • Oversee all stages of commercial interior projects, managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Handle project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting notes, while maintaining clear communication with clients.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through a professional, responsive approach on-site and in meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.

The Successful Applicant

You are polished, client-focused, and highly organized, with extensive experience in managing commercial interiors projects. Familiarity with Procore and PlanGrid is preferred, as is a degree in architecture or engineering. Above all, you have a reputation for keeping projects on track and clients satisfied.
