Manufacturing Engineer | Aerospace | Cuyahoga Falls, OH

• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve production quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize production workflows
• Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulations
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Support the introduction of new products by developing and validating manufacturing processes
• Maintain and update technical documentation related to manufacturing processes
• Work closely with suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure material quality
• Provide technical support to the production team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
